I really don't know anything about websites or coding and I'm not going to pay for expensive software. Can I still use your product?

Absolutely. If you can write an email and include an attachment, you can use GravityCMS to build your website. If you have any questions, we offer a variety of self-help videos and tutorials in addition to being available Monday - Friday for personal phone or email support.

I want to update my website at least once a week. Are there additional charges for this?

No, you can update your website as often as you like without any additional cost. As most people will tell you, its not often you get all of your content right on the first try. Whether you want to provide additional information, add images, provide feedback forms or tweak the text that's already there, managing your information and keeping it up to date is just as important as having it to begin with.

What are my limits? How many pages or images can I have?

There are no limits. You can create an unlimited number of pages, forms and image galleries for your website. We do recommend that you limit the number of images you place on a single page; if a visitor can't get your site to load in under 15 seconds, its very likely that they'll simply go elsewhere.

What if my site gets a lot of traffic? Do I have to pay extra for bandwidth?

All GravityCMS sites are hosted in a state-of-the-art data center on cloud-based services. The space and bandwidth for your site will grow to meet whatever your needs and even accommodate sudden spikes in traffic to your website. There is never any additional cost to you.
